Terms and Conditions
- Teachers preserve the right to change your level if they believe it’s necessary. There might be an audition.
- The organisers are doing their best to keep a satisfactory balance at the ratio lead/follow.
- It’s not their responsibility if a/some lead(s)/follow(s) cancel at the last moment, they don’t come or they just skip some classes, affecting the balance of the classes.
- The deadline for completing your payment is 15 days after your registration. We cancel registrations without or with partially payment.
- Participants from Greece, because of the economical situation, have 30 days to complete their payment till their registration gets canceled.
- If we receive a payment, however less than 50% of the required amount, we might cancel you registration at any time.
- In case of cancellation of the festival due to natural disasters, riots, strike of the airlines and/or civil aviation authority, bankruptcy and restructuring of the debt of Greece within a margin of 15 days before or after the festival, no refund will be made to the participants whatsoever.
- Insurance lies in the responsibility of the participants. The organizers are not responsible for any injury you might have during the festival.
- By registering you are giving personal information to Moving Soma/ Lindy Hop Greece and to dancecamps. org, for statistic and communication and logistic reasons. We are not selling these information to anyone and you are free to ask to leave our database after the event.
- In case of cancellation by the participants no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- If for any reason you have to cancel your registration, you can transfer your registration to another name, at the same level and the role (lead/follow) as you.
- If you registered as a couple and your partner cancels, we preserve the right to cancel your registration, if we consider it necessary to keep the balance of the classes. There are no refunds of your payment.
